Toggle the catalogs you want — Currently Watching, Completed, Plan to Watch, On Hold, Dropped, Rewatching, plus the public Trending / Seasonal / Airing / Search catalogs — then click

Install to Stremio

Changing your settings later automatically invalidates Stremio's manifest cache (a revision counter in the install URL), so there's no reinstall dance.
