How it works
SyncSubs searches multiple subtitle providers and automatically ranks the available results based on compatibility with the video being played.
When a subtitle is successfully used, it is stored in a persistent cache. Future requests for the same video can therefore be served without searching the external providers again.
Installation
No configuration, API key, Node.js, FFmpeg or self-hosted server is required by the user.
Simply install the addon in Stremio.
Language
SyncSubs is currently focused on Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR).
Results identified only as generic Portuguese or European Portuguese are not automatically treated as confirmed PT-BR subtitles.
SyncSubs 1.0
The public 1.0 release uses external subtitle sources.
Embedded subtitle extraction and AIOStreams integration are not included in this public release.
