RT Addon brings Russia Today broadcasts, on-demand reports and RSS news into Stremio. It is aimed at viewers looking for RT content across multiple languages rather than a general entertainment library.

Live broadcasts and language coverage
The addon separates continuous broadcasts from on-demand material and news feeds:
- Live TV: RT channels in Spanish, English, German, French, Serbian and Arabic, delivered through HLS streams.
- VOD catalogs: Dedicated Stremio catalogs for Spanish, English and Arabic content, with optional search.
- RSS news: Coverage in Spanish, English, Russian, French, German, Arabic, Serbian and Chinese. The Stremio news catalog also supports search.
On-demand sources and hosting
The project draws programs and special reports from RT web portals and official channels on services including Odysee, OK.ru, Rumble, VK and Rutube. Its video resolution system includes direct MP4 extraction and HLS sources, with fallback handling for some providers.
The Stremio component runs as an addon server and requires a local or cloud-hosted instance. The wider project also includes integrations for Kino TV, Nuvio and CloudStream.
