Watchlists and shared picks
- Personal shelves: Letterboxd or MatchLetter watchlists, favorites, and custom lists appear on the Stremio Home screen.
- Movie-night matches: Shared picks are calculated from films that overlap across your watchlist and those of your friends.
- Public lists: Public Letterboxd and IMDb lists can become dedicated catalogs.
- Recommendation shelves: Available selections include Friends Recommend and Friends’ Top Rated 4★+, with alphabetical, release-year, or source sorting.
Friends’ ratings and account requirements
The addon shows which friends have watched a movie and the star ratings they gave it in the movie’s Streams / Details area. This puts familiar opinions next to the film rather than leaving them in a separate watchlist.
A MatchLetter account is required. Watchlist syncing uses a public Letterboxd username, and support extends to up to 10 friends’ Letterboxd usernames.
